November Rally Information

Please read through each session carefully and check where you are allocated. In order to accomodate all groups, lunch breaks will be split, so please make sure you are aware of your group’s schedule.
Christmas Rally & Party
A reminder that our Christmas Rally will be held on Saturday, 6 December, followed by our Christmas Party that evening. Further details about the party will be shared soon. This rally will run in a different format, where riders will be placed into teams for a fun day of friendly competition and Christmas-themed dress-up. It’s always a fantastic way to celebrate the end of the year, so start planning your festive outfits.
End-of-Year Awards & Points System
For our new members, and as a refresher for everyone, here’s how our End-of-Year Awards and Points System work. The awards recognise participation and commitment at rallies and club activities, achievement and improvement throughout the year, and sportsmanship and contribution to our club community. Points are accumulated through rally attendance, competition results, and Pony Club achievements.

Submitting Results
Results can be submitted via the online website form or by using the attached Word template. Results will be accepted for events held from December 2024 through to November 17, 2025. Both the online submission form and the downloadable template can be accessed here: YHPC Members Results. Please also let me know if you have completed your C/D/D* Certificate this year.
Reporting Competition Results
For Pony Club State, Zone, or National events, please let us know you participated, regardless of placing. For all other competitions, please only submit results where you placed 1st to 6th. Each award is explained in more detail in the Members Manual, and there are many award categories, so please make sure you submit all relevant results to ensure you are considered for every applicable award.
Trophy Returns
As we approach the end of the year, please remember that if you currently hold a perpetual trophy, it should be returned at the November Rally. If you are not attending, please contact me to arrange an alternative drop-off.
