Guest Use of Grounds Form

Non-members may only use the grounds when accompanied by a current Yarrambat Horse & Pony Club member.

Members may bring one guest rider to the grounds on non-rally days.

Before riding, members must complete the form below and provide:

Proof of the guest’s current equestrian insurance with a recognised insurance provider
Evidence of payment of the $10 guest rider fee (paid in advance)

Riders under 18 years of age must not be on the grounds unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
All riders and guests must comply with the YHPC Code of conduct the current Pony Club Victoria (PCV) and Pony Club Australia (PCA) rules, including the PCA Gear rules.
A PCA-approved body protector must be worn at all times when using the cross-country course.

DISCLAIMER: I hereby acknowledge that equestrian activities are dangerous and that accidents causing death, bodily injury, disability & property can & do happen, I agree that the YHPC, participants, PCV, instructors, organisers, grounds committee of management or lessons on the premises used to conduct the clinic/ lesson shall be under liability for any death, injury , loss or damage which may be suffered by the above named or by me through use of the grounds except for any rights we have under law.
